Before writing in

Including the following makes an answer faster:

• The version of Microsoft Word in use, and whether Word runs on Windows, Mac, or the web.
• What happened, and what was expected instead.
• The defined term, Section, Exhibit, or Schedule involved, if the question concerns a particular lookup.

Please do not send confidential or privileged client material. Definition Intelligence reads a document on the device and never receives document content, so a support request is the only route by which such material could reach us. A short description of the problem is enough.

Managing Your Subscription

Cancel at any time from Install Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal payment, but access continues to the end of the current paid term.
